General Terms and Conditions of Online Store https://trening-oprema.si/

The General Terms and Conditions of the online storetrening-oprema.si/ are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the provider, and regulate the business relationship between the company GOX CENTER GIBANJA IN DOBREGA POČUTJA Gorazd Knavs s.p., (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “user” or “customer”).

A user is any natural or legal person who visits the online store trening-oprema.si, registers in it, or makes a purchase.

By using the online store and placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions, understand them, and fully agree with them.
The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective on the day they are published on the website trening-oprema.si

2. General Information on Offers and Prices

All prices in the online store trening-oprema.si are stated in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and have no predetermined validity. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, applying the price valid at the time of order confirmation.

Prices listed in the online store apply exclusively to online purchases. Product images are symbolic and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information, but errors in descriptions, prices, or stock may occur. In such cases, the provider will inform the customer and allow the order to be canceled or the product to be replaced.


3. Purchase Procedure

The customer can order products as a registered user or as a guest.
Products are added to the shopping cart, the order summary is reviewed, and the purchase is confirmed by clicking the “Complete Purchase” button.
After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email with all order details. The purchase contract between the customer and the provider is considered concluded when the provider confirms the order via email.

The provider reserves the right to refuse an order if the information is incomplete, the authenticity of the order is in doubt, or the product is out of stock.


4. Payment Methods

The online store trening-oprema.si offers simple and secure card payments payment.

All payment information is processed according to the highest security standards, and the provider does not have access to card data.


5. Delivery and Personal Pickup

Products are delivered using our own delivery service throughout Slovenia and to EU countries. Smaller products may also be shipped via the Slovenian Post.
The customer may opt for personal pickup at Retje 25a, 1318 Loški Potok by prior arrangement with the provider.

The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation or payment receipt. If a product is out of stock or requires additional processing, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, value, or type of products ordered and are indicated at checkout. The provider is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or due to incomplete customer information.


6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right, under applicable law, to inform the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason.
The withdrawal notice should be sent to the email address info@trening-oprema.si or by mail to the company’s address.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice, undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same method as the original payment unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.

All products may be returned if the above conditions are met. The provider reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been used or damaged.


7. Complaints and Warranty

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they have the right to file a complaint.
The customer must notify the provider of the defect as soon as possible, no later than two months after discovering the defect.
Complaints can be sent to Retje 25a, 1318 Loški Potok or via email at info@trening-oprema.si, including a description of the problem and attached photos.

The provider will handle the complaint as soon as possible and inform the customer of further procedures.
If the complaint is justified, the provider will repair, replace, or refund the product.
Warranty conditions are specified for individual products where applicable.


8. Data Protection

The provider commits to protecting all personal data of users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Collected personal data is used solely for order processing, communication with the customer, product delivery, and, with consent, for sending newsletters and promotional content.

Data will not be shared with third parties, except contractual processors (e.g., delivery services) to perform the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The provider strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the website, but errors in texts, images, or technical product descriptions may occur.
The provider is not liable for possible inaccuracies, temporary website downtime, access disruptions, or delivery delays due to factors beyond its control (force majeure).

The provider is also not liable for consequences of improper use of purchased products. The customer must use products according to the instructions and safety measures indicated on the packaging or product description.


10. Dispute Resolution

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection laws and strives to resolve disputes amicably.

If no agreement is possible, the competent court in the company’s registered office has jurisdiction.

11. Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication on the website info@trening-opema.si and remain in effect until revoked.
